1. About the Tool

The Cash Gap Calculator is a free, interactive quiz that provides general guidance on where your business may have revenue gaps. The results are educational and informational only.

2. No Professional Advice

The quiz results, scores, and recommendations provided by the Cash Gap Calculator:

• Are general in nature and not tailored professional advice
• Do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or business advice
• Should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation
• Are based solely on the answers you provide and may not reflect your full business situation

3. No Data Collection or Accounts

The Cash Gap Calculator does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information. Your quiz responses are processed locally in your browser and are not stored.

4. Third-Party Redirects

The tool may redirect you to third-party platforms including Calendly (for booking) and Stripe (for payment). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms of service:

5. Revenue Blueprint Service

If you choose to book a Revenue Blueprint session ($299 AUD) via the Calendly link:

• Payment is processed by Stripe via Calendly
• The session includes a 60-minute revenue audit call and a custom Revenue Blueprint PDF delivered within 24 hours
• Refund policy: If you attend the call and genuinely feel you received zero value, we will provide a full refund. No questions asked
• All Blueprint PDFs, frameworks, templates, and strategies delivered remain the intellectual property of Kate Elise Richards trading as Katie Rich. You receive a personal-use licence only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share these materials

6. Intellectual Property

All content on cashgap.app — including quiz questions, logic, design, copy, and branding — is the intellectual property of Kate Elise Richards trading as Katie Rich. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose any part of this tool without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kate Elise Richards trading as Katie Rich provides the Cash Gap Calculator “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• We are not liable for any decisions made based on quiz results
• We are not liable for any loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity arising from use of this tool
• Revenue projections and recommendations (including those in the Revenue Blueprint) are advisory only

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Availability

We aim to keep cashgap.app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the tool at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
